Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information — what we collect, how we use it, and when we share it — while you use our Service. It also explains your privacy rights and the legal protections you're entitled to.

Your personal data helps us operate and improve the Service. By using our Service, you acknowledge that we will collect and use your information in the manner described here.

How It Works

  1. You pick a template and upload your photos.
  2. We train a personalized copy of the model based on the photos you've provided.
  3. Once the training is complete, we create your avatar.
  4. Right after your avatar is ready, we permanently remove both the trained model copy and your uploaded photos from our servers. Keep in mind: using avatars is not allowed in certain cases — for instance, when the uploaded photos are nude images or pictures of someone else without their permission.
  5. Your personal data will never be used to train our general AI systems or build any other separate AI products.

We make every effort to configure the AI model appropriately, but you may still run into content that doesn't feel right to you. If you come across anything offensive or inappropriate, reach out to us at klikstream@gmail.com We'll act immediately, and your feedback will help us fine-tune the algorithm.

Information Collection

1. Platform Usage Information

We collect information about what you do on our Platforms — for example, what you click, browse, download, share, how you edit your videos, and anything else you provide while using our services. This helps us make the Platform's features work for you.

2. Device and Log Information

To keep everything running smoothly and securely, improve your experience, send you ads and messages, and protect your account, we collect certain device and log details when you use our services. These include your unique device identifier, GAID, device model, system language, country, advertising identifier, operating system, system version number, IP address, software version number, access network, network quality data, and service log information.

3. Feedback Information

If you reach out to us with feedback or for help, we'll collect whatever information and materials you send us, plus your contact info (like your phone number or email address). That way, we can get back to you, answer your questions, and provide support.

4. Face Recognition

When you use face-editing or synthesis features, we automatically detect where your facial features are and how they're shaped, analyze that info to process your photo, and send the results back to you. We don't store the photos, videos, facial feature data, or results, and we don't share them with anyone else. This info is only used to run the face recognition feature and give you better results. If you're editing a video that includes someone else's face, you need to let that person know and get their permission first.

5. Cloud-based Processing

To process images and videos quickly and accurately, we may need to upload the materials (or their tags) to our cloud servers for effect processing. We only use uploaded materials or tags for image/video effects through the relevant features. We don't keep them any longer than necessary, and we won't use them for anything else or share them with third parties.

Access Permissions

We want to give you great products and a smooth experience. To do that for some extra features, we may ask you to turn on certain permissions on your device. If you agree (and following the "collect as little as possible" rule), here's what we ask for and why:

  1. Read and Write External Memory Card – So we can read and write files on your memory card when you edit videos.
  2. Camera – So you can take photos and shoot videos.
  3. Web Access – So the app can go online to download and get materials.

The info we get through these permissions is sensitive. If you say no to a permission, you just won't be able to use that specific feature — everything else in the app will work fine. You can check these permissions in your device settings anytime, and feel free to turn them on or off as you like.

Just remember: When you turn a permission on, you're giving us the green light to collect and use that type of info to provide that service. When you turn it off, you're taking that permission away, and we'll stop collecting and using that info. But anything we already collected while it was on won't be affected.

Analytical Data

We collect and analyze data to improve our Service and user experience. This data is processed in aggregate to help us understand usage patterns and optimize our products. We may share these aggregated insights with our affiliates, agents, and business partners for research, development, and business purposes. Please rest assured that this information is anonymous and does not personally identify you or your customers.

Use of Your Personal Information

We may use the information you provide, in accordance with this policy, to deliver our services or communicate with you. Specifically, we use your information for the following purposes:

  1. Service Improvement – We use your information to build, operate, and improve our services. For example, by analyzing usage trends, we ensure the platform stays user-friendly.
  2. Security-related Purposes – We use your information for security reasons, including account and network protection. We aim to keep our services safe for all users, which includes screening uploaded content for potentially illegal material. Your information may also be used for security prevention and customer security support.
  3. Sending Important Notices – We use your information to send you important notifications, such as alerts about your account or changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
  4. Meeting Legal Obligations – We retain your information as needed to fulfill our legal responsibilities. For example, we may record, review, or handle your information in accordance with applicable laws during emergency situations.

Deletion Permission

You have complete control over your data while using our app and can delete saved records whenever you wish. We respect your privacy and guarantee that data deletion is possible. You can clear your history and other stored information through the app's settings. Also, uninstalling the app will automatically remove any locally stored data. Please be aware that deleted data cannot be retrieved. For any questions regarding deletion permissions, please reach out to our support team.

Cookies and Other Similar Data Collection Technologies

Like most online services, we use cookies, web beacons, and other similar technologies. Cookies are small data files stored on your device's hard drive or memory. They store information about how you use our services — for example, to recognize you, remember your preferences, analyze website traffic, measure ad performance, and let you use social features. Web beacons are small pieces of code on a webpage or email that help us understand your interaction with that content.

Most web browsers are set to accept cookies automatically. You can usually change your browser settings to delete or block cookies if you prefer. But keep in mind that blocking cookies might affect how our services work and what features are available to you.

We use third-party analytics tools to track traffic and usage patterns for our services. These tools collect information from your device or our services, such as which web pages you visit, what add-ons you use, and other data that helps us improve. We combine this information with analytics data from other users in a way that cannot be used to reasonably identify any individual person.

We partner with third-party advertising agencies to show ads online or across other media. To measure how well those ads perform and determine payment amounts, we include third-party modules in our apps. We may also use third-party modules to better understand how people use our services.

Retention of Your Personal Information

We keep your personal data for 48 months. We may retain and use it longer only when needed to meet legal requirements (like complying with applicable laws), handle disputes, or enforce our agreements and policies.

We also keep Usage Data for internal analysis. Usually, we keep this data for a shorter time unless it helps us improve security or functionality, or the law requires us to keep it longer.

Data Sharing

We never sell your personal information to anyone. We only share it when necessary to run our business properly.

Sometimes we share your data with third-party service providers to help us provide, improve, and maintain our services. We make sure we understand how each partner uses your information and that they have proper safeguards in place.

We also work with analytics partners. To make our products and services better and give you good content, we include partners' SDKs in our software. These SDKs collect your unique device ID (AndroidID) to understand how you use our services and measure how well they work.

We only share or transfer your information if the law requires it, if you agree, or if we genuinely believe it's needed to: (a) respond to a legal request or requirement; (b) protect our rights or property; (c) help keep users or the public safe in an emergency.

We never share, transfer, or disclose your information in ways that break this policy or the law. If we ever transfer data due to a merger, sale, bankruptcy, or similar event, we will make sure the new owner protects your information at least as well as this policy requires.

Correction Rights Explanation

You have the right to correct or update any personal information tied to your use of the app that is inaccurate. If you need to update things like saved preferences or profile details, just reach out to customer support. We aim to keep your information accurate so we can give you the best experience possible.

Data Protection and Security

We take your personal information seriously. To guard against unauthorized access, disclosure, or similar risks, we have reasonable physical, electronic, and management procedures in place to protect the data we collect when you use our services. We do our best to keep your information safe.

We regularly review and update our policies to reflect our business needs, changes in technology, and legal requirements. Our measures include technical and organizational security policies, security controls, and employee training.

Your data security is a top priority for us, but please remember that no internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure. Even though we follow industry standards to protect your personal data, we cannot promise absolute security.

If we ever discover a security breach that impacts your personal information, we will let you know as required by law. By using the Platform, you agree to receive electronic notices.

Your Rights

Want to know more about your legal rights or exercise them? Feel free to reach out using the details in the “How to Contact Us” section. Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask us to:

  1. Show you or give you a copy of certain information we have about you
  2. Stop using your information for direct marketing (including any marketing based on profiling)
  3. Fix any information that's outdated or wrong
  4. Delete certain information we have about you
  5. Restrict how we process or share certain information about you
  6. Send your information to another service provider
  7. Withdraw any consent you've given for us to process your information

We'll look at every request and get back to you within the time limit set by law. Keep in mind, though, that sometimes we can't fulfill certain requests — for instance, if we need to keep using your information to protect our legitimate interests or follow the law. Before we can respond, we may ask you for some information to confirm who you are.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are meant for people aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you're a parent or guardian and find out your child has shared personal data with us, please get in touch. Should we discover that we've collected this kind of data without a parent's permission, we will delete it from our systems as soon as possible.

CCPA, VCDPA, GDPR, and LGPD Rights

We follow the privacy laws of California (CCPA), Virginia (VCDPA), the EU (GDPR), and Brazil (LGPD). If you live in any of these regions, you have the right to see, fix, delete, or object to how we handle your data. Just reach out to our support team for help.

Legal Basis for Processing Data

We handle your personal data in line with data protection laws like the GDPR. Depending on why we're processing your data, we rely on one of these legal bases:

  1. Legitimate Interests – We may process certain non-sensitive information to support our legitimate business needs, such as:
    • Making our apps work better and feel smoother to use
    • Keeping our apps and services secure and reliable
    • Spotting usage trends to help us improve our services
Whenever we use this basis, we make sure your rights and freedoms are properly considered.
  2. Legal Obligations – Sometimes we have to process your data to follow the law — for instance, to meet tax, financial, or regulatory requirements.
  3. Vital Interests – In rare cases, we may need to process your data to protect someone's life or safety — for example, responding to a security incident that affects an app.

Right to Complain

If you think we've handled your personal data in a way that breaks data protection laws or infringes your rights, you can file a complaint with a supervisory authority. For EU residents, this includes the GDPR — but other local laws may also apply depending on where you live.

To file a complaint, you can get in touch with your local data protection authority. You'll find their contact information on their official website. Or, feel free to contact us directly and we'll point you in the right direction.
