At FantaSee, your privacy is our top priority. We are committed to protecting your personal information and being fully transparent about our data practices. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard (or do not collect) your data when you use the FantaSee mobile application ("the App").
When you use FantaSee:
We collect zero facial data or biometric identifiers. When you upload a photo to generate a video, the App briefly detects facial landmarks solely to align your face with the chosen template. Both the original photo and these temporary landmarks are automatically and permanently erased as soon as the video is generated (usually within seconds). No facial information is stored, shared, or used for tracking, identification, profiling, advertising, or any other function.
FantaSee does not require account creation, login, or any personal identifiers. We do not collect:
Photos you upload are used exclusively to generate videos within the App. They are processed temporarily and deleted immediately after generation. Generated videos are saved only to your device's photo library if you choose to save them. We do not access, store, upload, or share your photos or videos beyond the temporary rendering process.
The App uses trusted third-party AI rendering services to generate videos. These services process your photo temporarily on their servers solely to create the video and do not retain any user data after completion. No personal information is shared with these providers.
We may collect limited, anonymized, and aggregated usage data (e.g., app crashes, feature usage statistics) to improve performance and stability. This data cannot identify individual users and is not linked to any personal information.

These permissions are optional where possible and can be managed in your device settings at any time.
FantaSee is not intended for children under 18 years of age (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it immediately.
We retain zero user-uploaded photos or facial data. All temporary data is deleted immediately after video generation. Uninstalling the App removes any locally cached data from your device.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data. Data is shared only with third-party rendering providers under strict confidentiality for the sole purpose of generating your video, and they do not retain it.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. Since we collect no persistent personal data, most requests can be fulfilled by simply uninstalling the App. For any questions or to exercise your rights, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The new version will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
